Can I Use Predcort For Swelling Of The Eye And Blurred Vision?

my son was prescrbed predcortds for severe swelling resulting fro severe conjunctivitis, I am also suffering with a severe case as well extremediscomfort from swelling and mpaired vision. because it is this late i can't see my doctor now. can i use predcort tonight and what dose, I desperately need some relief

It seems from the history that you are having swelling of eyes with blurring of vision.
Prescort is a steroid eye drops and it shouldbe avoided in infective conditions. Since you seem to have infection it is better to avoid it. You can use antibiotic eye drops and antiinflammatory drugs for symptomatic relief as of now and depending on the examination finding you can start specific treatment after consultation with your doctor.
