Hello Doctor. I have been prescribed fefol iron tablets (1 per day) over several weeks by my Generalist & also my gynaecologist because of anaemia (apparently due to heavy bleeding during menstruations). And over the last 2 weeks I had stopped the fefol as I was hit by a chest & sinus infection - bad congested coughs etc & was taking antibiotics (Amoxillin 500) & also some cortisoid tabs (solupred tabs 30mg for 3 days). Since Sunday I have completed the course of these drugs & feeling quite better. But now since yesterday having my periods &quite heavy flow as usual...feeling very tired n drained. I would please like to know if I can now resume my fefol iron tablets even during the heavy periods. Thank you for your answer & advice.
