Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

You seem to have inflammatory acne(red, painful and pus filled).
Oral antibiotics like Doxycycline and others like Azithromycin, Minocycline, Lymecycline etc are drugs of choice for treatment of inflammatory acne.
They are antibacterial as well as antiinflammatory in action and therefore take effective control of moderately severe to severe inflammatory acne.
The duration of treatment may vary from 2-12 weeks depending on the severity of acne and response to treatment.
As acne is a chronic and recurrent condition therefore patients may require repeated courses of Oral antibiotics.
Simultaneously you should also use topical benzoyl peroxide, once or twice daily as it adds to the overall response and also prevent development of bacterial resistance to oral antibiotics.
Finally, Oral Retinoids e. g Isotretinoin is an option for you. Retinoids are antiinflammatory, sebostatic as well are comedolytic in action i.e Normalize abnormal epidermal keratinization.
Oral retinoids are indicated in acne resistant to traditional antiacne treatment Or acne that relapses as soon as treatment is discontinued and acne Or acne that is associated with scaring.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of your acne and advice appropriately.
Along with oral and topical treatment, you may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from your dermatologist
