Can I Resume Climbing Staircase While Suffering From Ventricle Failure?

Hello Doctor. I had a peirpheral angioplasty on my left leg in January 2014 and later a coronary angioplasty in September 2014. However, prior to the coronary process, I suffered a left ventricle failure. I have avoided climbing staircase. It is 11months. Can I resume climbing staircase? I am a male and 49years old. Thank you.
