Hello, Good day. We would like to know the reason for Thyroidectomy and what was the biopsy reports. This will guide us to decide the correct dose, In excess dose, Thyronorm can cause rise in Blood pressure. However, dose adjustment is not made based on BP levels, but on the basis of TSH levels. For now, continue 150 mcg and Please check your Free T4 and TSH after 6 weeks and write back to us. ( do not do the test now, but wait for 6 weeks, as you have recently changed the dose). We will be able to help you adjusting the dose based on TSH results Regards Binu
