Can I have a diet for weight loss on the HCG ?

Ok So I am going to start the HCG diet and i know that it has very strict recipe plans. But I don t have a whole lot of money to go to the grocery stores and buy everything. Nor do I have the proper nessesities to cook everything. So I am just wondering if I can t follow the strict recipe plans if I can just eat really healthy and still lose weight? Like no pop.. fast food.. fried foods... etc. I would drink strictly water.. some fruit for breakfast.. a salad for lunch and some chicken and veggies for dinner. It sounds good to me but I don t want to waste my money on these drops and have to be forced to follow this strict plan which I can t really afford. So any advice or answers will help me out!

Hi,
You can loose weight even you do not follow recipe plans.
You do the exercise regularly but daily.running,swimming, jogging etc.
Avoid junk food and fried and oily food.
Take fresh fruits like oranges,water melon,pine apple,grapes.Avoid fruits containing more fat or carbohydrates like banana,apple,chikoos.
Do not take any thing between two meals,if you feel hungry then take enough salads..

Hello- I have tried the hcg diet last year with great success- I only gained back 4 lbs over a year, but only did one round. I went to a diet doctor and he prescribed me phendimetrazine. I have taken it for 7 weeks with 14 lbs lost. I feel like I lost weight so quickly on hcg, had very few side effects and was wondering if I could use the Hcg with the low calorie diet and add just one phendametrizine for hunger control? I am 45 years old, female in very good health. I am also post gastric bypass patient (3 years out). I started at 320lbs and am now at 157. I am 5 4 tall- my diet dr says I need to weigh 115! That sounds extreme to me--but in any event I would still like to lose 25 more lbs. Can the two be taken safely together? It is sublingual-not injections

Several of my friends have been on the HCG Diet being only allowed to eat 5oo calories a day and using some kind of drops when they get hungry so curb appetite. I have read it makes you body react as though it is pregnant to sluff off the fat does not seem healthy to me any input Please.
