Hi Vaaka Krishna!
Welcome to the HealthCareMagic Forum.
black grapes contain considerable Iron in them,However feeding whole grapes can sometimes choke the wind pipe.Best is to deseed them, remove the skin and puree the pulp which can then be fed.Preferably wash them well and give ones without blisters/spots in them.
Take Care.

Dear
welcome to healthcaremagic
The grape has a high sugar content (17 g per 100 g). It contains Vitamin B which absorbs these sugars and helps keep the muscular and nervous systems working well. Grapes are ideal for children but now limit the intake slowely increase dose of this
Thanks
