Hello,

You are advised to exercises regularly, do jogging and running on a daily basis. This will help improve your lymphatic drainage. If obese lose weight, maintain healthy weight. You should take home made food low in fat. Avoid taking fatty oily food. Do not take processed or packaged food.

Avoid taking full fat dairy products. These will trigger your symptoms and cause more discomfort. Do not smoke, avoid taking alcohol and recreational drugs. Take adequate quantity of water and fluids. Restrict your sugar intake. Take well-cooked whole cereals, veggies, fruits, papayas, nuts, etc. Take vitamin C rich diet. Cut on carbohydrates and refined flour. Non-inflammatory diet is recommended.

You are suffering from familial multiple lipomatosis. It is commonly caused due to increase in fat cells, poor lymphatic drainage, enzymatic defect, hormonal disorder, genetic factor may also be a reason. Get clinically examined by a Dermatologist, it is difficult to completely cure lipomas but can be kept controlled by proper diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle. Lipomas rarely cause complications.

It is treated by liposuction or surgical removal, but formation of new lipomas cannot be ruled out. Steroid injections help to shrink lipomas. Taking apple cider vinegar (10ml) diluted with water three times a day will help to shrink the lipomas and prevent new lipoma formation. It may take time / months but will help it to shrink. Take pain relieving medicines, like acetaminophen if you are having pain. It will help to reduce pain and inflammation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
