Can I Get Pain In My Nose After Fall On My Back And Strained Chest Muscle?

Fell on my back and suspect I pulled/strained a muscle in my chest (left side from my view), No point tenderness. There s a tender arrea towards the bottom of my rib cage. It hurts to blow my nose. No pain to breathe. Does this make sense. What muscle is involved in blowiong my nose?

Hello ,

Thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic .

I have read your query and understand your concern . As far as pain in nose is concerned this can be due to strain in neck and chest region . For this I will suggest you to consult Phycisian for clinical examination and I meantime you can apply Ointment like Nise or Relaxyl gel containing Diclofenac on chest and neck region . You can also take medicine Muscle relaxtant by consulting with local doctor .

Hope this will help you .
