Your semen analysis report suggests infected semen.
There is excess number of pus cells in semen.
You may need antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
Report also suggests low motility of sperms.At least 55 % sperms should be motile.
Motility should improve with control of infection.
You should take nutritious diet.
Total sperm count is within normal limit.Other findings are also normal.
