Can I Exercise While Suffering From Ear Infection?

Hi 2 weeks ago I had an ear infection that is still being resolve with 3 different antibiotics (ciprodex, and 2 different oral pills). My ear drum also ruptured around the same time and I continue to have some fluid draining from the ear. I am feeling much better and would like to know if it is okay to start jogging and playing sports with thanks Peter

hello

yes it is ok to play sports but please avoid water sports and weight lifting /straining as it may delay the healing of your ear drum.

Take care!
