Can HIV Be Contracted By Skin Coming In Contact With A Rusted Blade?

So I was shaving this morning and I had two tiny little hair scrapes which bled hardly anything, but I noticed that the razor had a very very small bit of rust on it, I washed the razor with soap before using and I applied Savlon antiseptic and alcohol to the scraped hair follicles, I believe my booster is still in date but is there any concern there ? Thankyou (:

The HIV virus is transmitted by contaminated blood. This means there's a risk if you shared the blade with an HIV positive patient.

The same applies for HCV & HBV. It's highly discouraged to share personal hygiene tools, including tooth brushes, nail clippers or razors.

Rust on the blade doesn't cause viral infection.
