Can Folic Acid And Ferrous Sulfate Be Taken Together After Delivery?
I delivered triplet boys on 7-25 I also hemoridged three times my dr gave me hematinic folic acid and I am taking it he also had me ferrous sulfate 325 mg, along with my pre natal and I am wondering if I should be taking both? I have called his office but still waiting on a call back.

You can take both then only you will get a better result for the absorption of iron acid is needed. Folic acid will help for that. So you can take both.
