Hello,

Exemestane is an anti-estrogen hormonal therapy used to lessen the chances of recurrence of ER-positive breast Cancer. Yes, it increases the risk of Diabetes and morbidities associated with Diabetes.

So a proper balance between anti-estrogen therapy and diabetic medications along with a well-balanced lifestyle and dietary habits is needed.

You can further follow me up with detailed reports and case summaries for advice.
