Hi thanks for contacting HCM.. You have mentioned acetaminophen and loperamide drug... Don t directly jump over it.... You have enteritis like infection or viral flu... Here first take ofloxacin plus ornidazole drug for 5 days.... Maintain hydration is with More water along with ORS to replenish lost electrolytes... Avoid gastric irritants like.... -excess tea -coffee -smoking -alcohol -spicy and fried food excess Probiotics tablet can be taken.... Hot water help in soothing.... Non veg and junk food avoided.... Canned food bettet to avoid for few days. If no improvement then stool examination done for rule out parasitic infection...and subsequently albendazole might needed.
