Can Ecosprin And Argipreg Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hello doctor I am 32 weeks pregnant. Last week I went colour Doppler and there was reduced diastolic flow in baby and baby weight was 1.5 kg. My gynae told me to take ecosprin 75 and argipreg sachet and qutok medicine. I have gestational dioabetes also for which I am following diabetic diet and metformin75. Are these medicines safe and am I a case of high risk pregnancy. Please suggest

These medicines are safe in pregnancy and are beneficial in many cases. Pregnancy with diabetes is a risky pregnancy and should be delivered in the hospital.
