Can EKG Change When Regurgitation Worsens?

I have been told I have tricuspid regurgitation. My cardiologist is over 2 hours drive away. Is there any specific EKG changes when the regurgitation is worse? I can go to my local fire department and get a 12-lead EKG done for no charge. I m on a Med-advantage plan but still my SSDI is really stretched to it s limits every month, so I am not keen in just running to my local ED. Or more basic question, is there any quick and dirty exam that can show it worse? The local hospital can do Echocardiograms but not Angiograms. My major symptom is extreme fatigue. When I see my cardiologist in the spring, I will REALLY emphasis this point. Brief history: MI in left lower lateral artery, 6 stents, 4x CABG (two of the become complete occluded in less than 6 months), mild regurgitation and PAH, PVCs and PACs (but of no significance), and other health issues.

HI
Well come to HCM
It is not the changes in EKG that would give some thing about the regurgitation but it is ECHO that can give all about this, and in particular Doppler is the right test to know the degree of regurgitation, more over underlying cause of this is more important, if you do have some cardiac disease then this need to be properly managed, some time such regurgitation remains there without any harm and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
