I m taking doxycycline (and given high dosage of flagyl all at once) and since the start of it about five days ago, first the head of my penis was just irritated and now appears rash like and red dots but only on the top of the tip. My evidence tells me it could be allergic reaction and yeast infection due to killing too much flora. But last time it was much worse and the skin peeled and it smelled. Each day seems worse. I have two days left of seven day regimen of doxy. Should I put something topical? I ve read yogurt oddly. Or vaginal creams.
