Hi,

Dermadine mouthwash can be used for gargling to prevent any infections. But it may not reduce pain and swelling. In order to reduce pain, painkillers have to be taken.Kindly visit your physician to add analgesics to your prescription or increase the dose incase it has been already prescribed.

Hope that was helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
