Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are no known interactions between Cozaar and Nifedipine. They can be safely used together. The problems with sleep would affect concentration and energy and would lead to exhaustion. You may want to be assessed to find out if there is another cause such as anemia or low levels of thyroid hormones. This would require blood tests to be done.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
