Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is best to avoid Concerta while trying to conceive or pregnancy. A new study has found an association between the use of Concerta and heart defects in babies. Using amphetamines like Vyvanse instead of Concerta is safe during pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal
