Can Clonazepam, Trazodone And Duloxetine Be Taken Together?

My niece is 40 years old. She was raped, molested, many times by her step father while stationed overseas. He is now in prison. She, however, is suffering from depression and has been diagnosed with PTSD. She is taking the following medications: 1.     Clonazepam Tab 0.5MG take one Tablet by mouth three times a day 2.     30 Trazodone 150 MG Take 1 Tablet by mouth every day 3.     60 Duloxetine H CL DR 30 MG C Take 2 capsules by mouth every day. Questions: Do any of these contradict each other and are they a good medical regiment for her?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Sir, I am saddened by the plight of your niece and disheartened to hear her struggle. I want to suggest you that your positive behaviour towards her will do wonders for her. Try to bring her back in normal course of life. Life is too precious. Regarding your specific query I would like to suggest that all these three drugs don't have any dangerous or serious interactions. still if you have some intervals between them, it will be better. Thank you, Dr. Ashish
