Can Clarithromycin Be Taken For Food Poisoning With Bleeding?
I was in hospital for food poisoning with bleeding. My question is this. I am supposed to take clarithromycin for an ongoing sinus condition, but am still having stomach and bleeding issues. Is it safe to take or will it cause further issues with my stomach?

Clarithromycin can cause further damage to your stomach. For this reason, I would recommend switching to another antibiotic which does not harm your stomach so much. You should discuss with your doctor on the above issue.
