Can Citalopram, Amitriptyline And Omeprazole Be Taken Together?
Hi dr I take 40mg citalipram in a morning & 30mg amitriptyline on a night & have done for a few yrs to help with ms symptoms, I had a GI bleed reasently & commenced on omeprazol 20mg morning & night, is it ok to take the medication at the same times or should I take one then wait a while to take the other medication? X

I have read your question and here is my advice.
Omeprazole should be taken on empty stomach while Ecitalopram be taken after meal/ breakfast.
While Amytryptyline better be taken at night as that causes sleep .
So Omeprazole before breakfast , Ecitalopram after breakfast and Amytryptyline before bed would be a better plan.
