Can Bromont-LC And Corticoid Be Given To A Child For Dry Cough?

Hello doctor my child is a premature kid she undergone pda coil closure when she was born now she is 4.5 yrs old she is having dry cough doctor prescribed bromont lc kid tablet one on night and corticoid-6 one morning and one in the night she has this dry cough only for the past 3 days before that she had some running nose is this safe to take this medicine

I have gone through your query. Your child's problem can be due to allergy. In such case bromont lc which is a combination of antihistamine levocetirizine and mast cell stabilzer monteleukast ,and corticosteroid will be helpful. Have a follow up with your pediatrician regularly.
