Can Beecham Be Taken While On Propranolol?

Hi, I take propanolol 40mg tablet once a day, I have also come down with a cold and have taken the oral solution beechams all in one which contains paracetamol, phenylepgrine and Guaifenesin. Is it safe to continue taking it as I’m quite a worrier and worried they’ll interact badly! Am I okay to continue taking the beechams? Kind regards Karlee
