Can Becosules Capsules Be Taken Daily Without Any Side Effects?

i have started taking becosules capsules on a daily basis . Any advantage ? any side effects ? can i continue having the same ? I am not a diabetic patient. My age is 43 . But i have triglycerides which is under control after taking medicine (adilip 135) on a daily basis for the past 2 years. Please revert & help

Yes, it is safe to take becosule capsule as B vitamins are water soluble and any excess of vitamins will be flushed out of the body through urine. You can take one capsule daily without any side effects. It will help to meet the requirements of important B vitamins as well as vitamin C.
