Can Aspirin And Clopidogrel Be Taken Together After A Heart Attack?

My wife had a heart attack last Saturday night , I had all her medications arranged for day and night . She took the all the evening drugs this AM. I gave her the evening drugs that she takes twice a day, and I am going to wait until Sunday AM to start her back on schedule. I hesitate giving her the .81 aspirin and clopidogrel this close to her going to bed and starting back tomorrow on right schedule. Am I right? ernie
