Can Adipex Cause Cough, Soreness And Difficulty In Moving?

My husband started on Adipex approx. A week and a half ago. He does have HTN. He woke up Fri AM with extreme LLL chest pain and difficulty breathing. Went to ED and then to his PCP. Had chest CT done. Haven t actually heard backd from MD but he was started on Ceftin, Levaquin, DuoNebs and PredPak. He is still having some soreness and pain with movement and some cough.... but my concern he is not acting himself.... he is mean for the lack of a better word... nothing physical, all verbal so far. Could this be the Adipex? My sisters think he may have something mentally going on.
