Can ADHD Medication Cause Low Sperm Count?
Can my medication for my illness (ADHD) decrease my sperm count? as me and my girlfriend are trying for a baby, I m on concerta xl 36mg and will be increasing to 54mg shortly.. I m asking on here as my funny doctor is hard to get hold of .. Thanks for any info anybody can give me

alteration in sperm count is not a documented side effect of methylphenidate.(concerta)
It may have effect on libido or other sex related issues but not the sperm count.
Have you got your sperm count done or you simply anxious about it,
to confirm please get a semen analysis done and if there is any issue regarding the sperm count please consult an andrologist and get the issue resolved.
