Burning Sensation In My Chest.Cause?

hi, I've had a reallyh bad burning sensation in my chest for about half an hour, then i start coughing/heaving up blood, a little bit a first then quite bit where you could really taste the blood - it kind of worried me - is it anyhthing to worry about?

I can understand your concern.
You are having hemoptysis (blood in sputum).
Hemoptysis and burning sensation in chest are commonly seen with lung infection and bronchitis.
So get done chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotic and inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
