Bump On Inside The Nose Turned Into Loose, Hanging Scab, Little Flakes And Redness After Pulling It Out. Concerning?
I had a bump a few days ago on the inside of my nose and it was bothering me so every now and then I rubbed it an somehow that led to scanning an drying .The scab was getting loose an just hanging like a Bugar I pulled it out and now there are a lot of little flakes and its red. It actually hurts pretty bad. This is probably because I picked at it so much I m a little concerned at this point. Please any advice at all.

You need ENT consultation.
There can be crusts inside nose that are coming out.
you can use normal saline nasal sprays to keep nasal skin healthy .
In addition use neosporin ointment for local application in nose.
Ent consultation will tell whether there is granulations inside if Yes there is possibility of autoimmume disorder
