Boy, I didn't realize there was anybody really there, Thanks. For about 3 weeks I have noticed a strange burning feeling on the skin of my elbow. I can't see a rash, but that's what it feels like. It's not even red or scraped raw. I have full access to all medical practices ( DOD ) , but before I go to one, maybe I'm worried for no reason. I just don't want it to be something like shingles, I did have the shot. Oh dear, because I am DOD I don't have to pay for my Dr's visits, If I did I would gladly continue with this inquiry and pay you . I will ask my family Dr Dr. Patrick Pan in Newport Beach Ca.
