Boil In The Natal Cleft Of The Buttocks. Have Swelling And Pain. Taking Combiflam. Immediate Medication?

I developed a small boil in the natal cleft of the buttocks but by the evening the it has grown in size and the adjoining area too has swollen a bit...what can be done as an immediate cure? Its painful...I took Combiflam...but didn t have Antibiotics so what else can be done immediately to reduce pain so that I can sit for my exams tomorrow..Please help?

Hello.you can go for saline compressors for rapid pain relief by for complete treatment u should go for antibiotics and application of mupirocin ointment..combiflam can be used for pain relief
