Blister Like Bumps On Hand, Feet, Face, Spots On The Other Parts Of The Body, No Fever. What Could It Be?

My 3 year had blister like bumps come up on his hand feet and face now he has spote on the rest of him but they are not blisters what could it be. No fever just a little itching
