Bleeding Post Sex, Had A Baby Recently, Have Stitches. Why Did I Bleed?

Hi I had a baby 7 weeks ago I've been having unprotected sex since baby was 2 weeks old bleeding had stopped normal delivery had 3 internal stitches last night me and my husband had unprotected sex again and I noticed when I went to toilet for a wee when in wiped there was some pinkish blood only when i wiped but not while weeing I've not had a period yet what could this be please help I'm panicking like mad?? Sorry if to much information but I'd like to be 100% open and honest

The cause of the spotting could have several possibilities- hormonal, spotting form the healing tissues, another pregnancy, local causes or an impending period. I would ask you to see a specialist for an examination and a proper suggestion. It is advisable also to have a post natal check up at this stage and exclude/confirm another pregnancy.
