Black Marks On Face, Lost Complexion. Suggest Fairness Cream?

this is merlyn from chennai, i want to become fair (actually i am in average fair complexion): regarding this problem my marriage was delay , i am not so dark, medium only. kindly suggest some fair creams without any sideeffects. i hope you understand my pblm.
note: 1 year b4 i used one cream named ultimate fairness from nafia . it gives gud result only. but thats not guaranteed one. if we stops one week automatically the colour will change, now my face loses my fairness,glow, everything and also lots of blach marks in my face its too irritating for me. i am working as a executive in a well known company in india(chennai), so i want to make myself to be good looking infront of others.

fairness creams are actually depigmenting agents.
You can use a combination of mild steroid, hydroquinone and tretinoin.
In morning you must use a sunscreen.
