Hello

Thanks for the query

There are many reasons for feeling sleepy during the day. Few of them which could be a reason in your case are
1. Stress and physical exhaustion
2. Thyroid dusfunction
3. Chronic fatigue
4. Irregular sleep habits for example sleeping at 10 pm one day and 1 30 am the other
5. Home environment which is noisy and which could wake you up at nights
6. Late night Tvs while on the bed

I would like to add here that UTI or taking Bactrium will not affect your sleep.

I hope I was of help
