Became Congested , Pain Under Right Arm Radiating Toward Ribcage, Fever. Treatment?

male,59 years old, usally healthy,4 days ago,became congested , pain under right arm radiating toward ribcage,, only when i coughed,ran a fever 102.1 then it would break sweating profusely, soaking my blankets.started to feel better,this morning entire palate be.came very sore ,coated with a white film and small blisters behind front centrals that come and go. i do not smoke,it has become very painful, i have no insurance and no antibiotics,thank you for your time

You seem to harbour some infection there. You should be investigated further after a physical examination. Complete blood counts, X RAY chest etc. may be required.

Antibiotics and other treatment should be started depending on the clinical scenario. Please contact your doctor at the earliest before the situation worsens.
