Hi Sir,

Could you explain my chances of getting pregnant this month ?? I have been desperately trying to conceive. Thanks in advance.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

At present stage, your follicular study is absolutely normal. You should complete your follicular study.
There are two dominant follicles one in each ovary and it is developing well.
One of the follicle will take part in ovulation and it will be available for fertilization.
Ovulation will be indicated by minimal fluid in POD.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
So,there are chances of pregnancy in this month if every thing goes fine.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
