I m 8th month pregnant and my post lunch sugar was high in 7th month it was 151 and once went to 161 but after this I am taking diet accorfing to dietician and now coming 121 and last week it was 117....
My query is that do I still need to track on this every week....at what level this is harmful to baby and how...

Its good that your sugar levels are within control.
Post lunch sugar above 120 causes problem to baby.
Even though now normal it can become high again.
So tracking sugar levels till delivery is required.
