Asthmatic, Anxiety Prone, Have Numbness In Arm, Tingling In Shoulders And Hands. Cause?

I just woke up to my left arm feeling like dead weight and it was very hard to move. My shoulder and hand are still a little tingly. I have never had this happen before and it is very scary. I am a 24 year old female about 5 3 and 156 pounds. I have asthma and anxiety/panic attacks but no other known health issues. What could this be? I am concerned.
