As of recently (past couple of weeks), I've noticed I've been constantly tired. Nothing of note has drastically changed to cause this and despite getting an approximate recommended 8 hours of sleep, I still find myself coming home and ready to lay down for a nap. Sometimes I'll lay down and not even notice myself falling asleep. Nothing is too hard during the day to cause this exhaustion and nothing has majorly changed in terms of diet, excercise, hygiene, wake up time, or my work ethic. I do have a theory but I'm not sure if it's possible. My glasses recently got replaced with a new blue light filter. They filter around 25% of light to help me when I look at screens (especially at evening/night times), and I got these around the time I started noticeing the issue. Is it possible that the lack of blue light I'm seeing on a daily basis is tricking my brain into being tired all of the time? Or could it be something entirely different?
