Hello doctor, I m from India now living in Texas,USA.2days back my husband (weighs 62kgs ht:5ft 7inches)got blood & Urine analysis done,since 2months he is complaining of bloating of abdomen on doing workout(treadmill)so plz have a look at the reports and give ur valuable suggestion, CK:945u/L BUN:5mg/dL AST:65u/L ALT:57u/L EKG:Normal Cholesterol:230mg/dl HDL:21mg/dl Triglycerides:576mg/dl Cholesterol/HDLC ratio:11.0 NonHDL cholesterol:209mg/dl Vit.D,25-OH,total IA 5ng/ml.

I can understand your concern and would tey to help you in the best possible way. From the information you have provided your husband has elevated lipids and poor lipid profile with vitamin d deficiency with elecated CK levels. I suggest you get his thyroid levels and fasting blood sugar levels checked as well as it may be a cause for the above.
I also advise you to consult a doctor and start medications for you lipid abnormalities. In addition to medications you would also require to change your diet and begin a regular exercise programme to get a better control.
