Are Tiredness And Pain In Right Flank Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My partner and i have had alot of unprotected sex during my fertile period this month.
My partner didnt ejaculate but was aroused.
I am feeling extremely tired, very lethargic and often sick.i have a stabbing pain in my right flank/ovary.
Could i be pregnant? My period is due in 14 days.
Many Thanks

Thank you for the question and for visiting this site.

It is always possible that you are pregnant if there was any concern about ANY ejaculate in the vagina. I would say that your risk is very low, but not zero. A pregnancy test will turn positive about two weeks after conception. Assuming that your are not pregnant, the symptoms of pain is related to ovulation, and the other symptoms are just cycle related symptoms. In fact, I would check a pregnancy test now and again when it has been at least two weeks from midcycle, regardless of whether you get your period or not.

I hope that this helps and good luck!
