Are Tingling In The Limbs And Weight Gain Symptoms Of Diabetes?

I have tingling in my hands and legs when I lay down, if I put on a pair of socks it leaves a big indention in my legs. I am on seroquel and have gained about 70 lbs. I started drinking diabetic shakes which has stablized my blood sugar and I am not as hungry all the time. Could this be diabeties

I really appreciate your concern, if you are suffering from diabetes then it need to be managed on tight based rule, or it need to be ruled out, you have not mentioned your age and gender this was very much needed here, hope this information helps, take care.
