Are There Chances Of Successful Pregnancy When The Gestational Sac And Yolk Are Visible?

As per scan on 5 weeks 2 days. Gestation sac and yolk. Sac are visible. Gestation sac is lil irregular in shape. No fetal pole visible. I am already take folic acid twice a day as i had 2 miscarriages and 1 spina bifida pregnancy before. I am taking ecosprin 75 and susten 200 as prescribed by my gynae now. Asked me to repeat scan after 1 week. Please suggest if there any hope for fetal pole and succesful pregnancy.
