A first trimester surgical abortion is generally extremely safe when performed by an experienced operator and there are very few conditions that increase the risk of the procedure. None of your health conditions fall into this category. Your dermoid cyst is on your ovary, which is outside the uterus, so it doesn not come into contact with any instruments used for the procedure. Neither should your pelvic varices for the same reason. You may eventually need surgery for your dermoid cyst if it continues to grow, but it is best done as a separate procedure.
