Are There Alternatives To CT Scan?
My husband has pain on lower to mid right side of abdomen when pushing on area, been like this for three years. Went to doctor and she recommended Ct scan. I m not sure he should do it because of crazy radiation levels. I wasn t warned before I had one at age 24 and now I m pissed that radiation levels and future risks weren t told to me before. Are there other tests that are safer?

If the scan is needed the benefits outcome the risks of radiation. He has not had it often so he can safely have it.
