Are The Any Tests To Find The Cause For Hip And Leg Pain?

I m 73. Hip and right leg pain. Possible due to existing arthritis. However, my mother died a couple of years ago from extensive bone cancer in pelvis and legs which was not discovered. Are there any simple xrays or blood/urine/excrement tests which can give me possibilities?

Hello,
For the above stated problems you can get Xray of the pelvis and spine done.Along withis a bone dexa scan will give information of bone density.
Kindly consult an orthopaedician regarding this.
An MRI pelvis will help rule out any abnormalities if at all any findings are present in the X ray.
